Ana Dias Alves

Born in Lisbon, in 1985. Ana graduated from Lisbon University, in 2008.

Obtained a Post-Graduate Degree in Public Procurement Law and Practice, from the Portuguese Catholic University, in 2012.

Ana is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association, since 2011.

She began the internship at Barrocas Sarmento Neves and later joined to the founding team of BAS - Sociedade de Advogados, where for 9 years she practiced law in the areas of Public Law, Health and Pharmaceutical Law and Litigation.

Since 2018, she practiced law at Jardim, Sampaio, Magalhães e Silva e Associados, providing legal advice to public and private entities on matters relating to Public Law and connected areas and representing clients in Administrative and Civil disputes.

Her practice has focused on Public Law, including Public Procurement and Administrative Litigation and on Health and Pharmaceutical Law. Additionally, she has experience in Insurance Law and Civil Litigation.

Joined PLEN in July 2019, and is responsible for the Public Law area of the firm.
