Pedro was born in 1994 in Madeira Island,

He attended a Law Degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, which he completed in 2017.

In 2018 Pedro attended and completed the Postgraduate Course in Labour and Social Security Law promoted by the Institute of Labour Law of the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon.

In the same year of 2017, he started his traineeship for the Portuguese Bar Association having been a trainee lawyer at José Olímpio e Associados.

He completed his internship and is a fully qualified lawyer registered at the Portuguese Bar Association since 2019, having practiced as a lawyer at ABPA since then and until 2022.

Since April 2022 he is part of the Litigation team at PLEN.
