Born in 1987, Tiago graduated from Coimbra University in 2009.

He obtained a Masters degree in Civil Law from Coimbra University in 2011 and in 2013 he attended a post-graduation in Pharmacy and Medicines Law in the same University.

Trainee Lawyer between 2009 and 2012, Lawyer since January 2013.

He joined PLEN in October 2013.
