Born in Cascais in 1990 and graduated from University of Lisbon School of Law, in 2013.

Obtained a post-graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Law, in University of Lisbon School of Law, in 2015.

Tiago has completed the curricular phase of the Master degree in Legal Sciences (specialisation in Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law), in 2016, and is preparing his Master thesis at the Master programme, in University of Lisbon School of Law.

Guest assistant lecturer at the University of Lisbon School of Law (Legal Sciences Group) since 2017 up to the present moment.

Tiago is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since October 2013 and has practiced at F. Castelo Branco & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados R.L. and at AGF & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados R.L.

Tiago joined PLEN in December 2018.
