Filipa graduated from the Faculty of Law of Lisbon at Universidade Católica in 2010, having joined The European Master’s Program in Human Rights and Democratization in 2011.

Between 2013 and 2018, Filipa practiced law at Nobre Guedes, Mota Soares & Associados, and between 2018 and 2024, at CS'Associados, having integrated the respective Labor Law departments, working in the areas of consultancy, transactional and litigation.

Filipa joined PLEN, as an associate, in September 2024.
