Born in Lisbon in 1985.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, where he attended the Intensive Specialisation Course in Fintech, and where he is currently attending the Postgraduate Course in Digital Services.

Practiced as trainee lawyer and associated lawyer in Telles de Abreu e Associados between December 2018 and November 2021.

Francisco joined PLEN in April 2022.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since May 2021.
