Born in Lisbon in 1991 and graduated from Nova School of Law in 2015.

In 2015 and 2016, João attended the Master in Law and Management (“MLM”), a double degree jointly awarded by Nova School of Law and Nova School of Business and Economics, having completed the coursework component.

From 2016 to 2020, João was a Tax Consultant and a Tax Senior Consultant at EY.

In 2020 João moved to the tax practice of pbbr.a - Pedro Pinto, Reis, Alexandre Jardim & Associados, where he was admitted to the Bar Association and practiced tax law until 2022.

Furtherly, between 2022 and 2025, João was a Tax Experienced Senior Consultant and a Tax Manager at Deloitte (Financial Services & Real Estate sector), where he participated in some of the most relevant transactions and restructuring operations that occurred over the course of that period.

João joined PLEN in July 2025.
