Born in 1979, graduated from Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 2002.

She obtained a post-graduate degree in Corporate Law in Catholic University of Lisbon in 2004 and in 2011 she obtained a Masters Degree within the Advanced LL.M Program in International Business Law from the same University.

For 5 years Marta worked at Abreu & Marques, Vinhas e Associados in the commercial/M&A and labour departments.

As from 2007 she practised law in Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados in the corporate and financial department where she participated in some of the most relevant transactions that the law firm advised.

She joined PLEN in June 2012.
