Born in Abrantes in 1984, Rita graduated from the NOVA School of Law in 2007. In 2016 she obtained a post-graduate degree in Taxation at the School of Law - Catholic University.

Between 2007 and 2010 she was a tax consultant at KPMG. She was a trainee and later associate lawyer in the tax department of Vieira de Almeida (VdA) between 2010 and 2020.

In 2021 and 2022 she was a lawyer at Costa Pinto & Associados.

Rita joined PLEN in January 2023, developing her activity in the field of tax law.
