Born in Cascais, in 1991. Tomás graduated in Law from Lisbon University in 2015.

He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Law and Financial Markets at NOVA University Lisbon.

Tomás is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2017.

He did his internship at HAAG – Henrique Abecasis, Andresen Guimarães & Associados, where he later practiced law for 3 years in Corporate and Commercial Law, Litigation, and Immigration and Citizenship Law.

His practice is mainly focused in Corporate and Commercial Law, Litigation, and Immigration and Citizenship Law.

Tomás joined PLEN in November 2020.
